Presperse Corporation Appoints Jennifer Zientek President & Chief Operating Officer

SOMERSET, N.J. — September 8, 2026 — Presperse Corporation is pleased to
announce the appointment of Jennifer Zientek as President & Chief Operating Officer,
strengthening the company’s leadership team as Presperse continues to advance its growth,
innovation, and customer focused strategy.

Zientek brings extensive leadership experience across the beauty, personal care, home care,
and specialty ingredients industries, with a career spanning commercial leadership,
business strategy, innovation,customer development, and cross-functional business management.

Prior to rejoining Presperse, Zientek served as Market Director, Consumer Care – North
America at Syensqo, where she led the commercial strategy and performance of the North
American Consumer Care business. Her responsibilities included portfolio and asset
management, sales and business development, innovation delivery, distribution strategy,
and cross-functional execution across manufacturing, R&D, regulatory, quality, and customer
service.

Zientek previously served as Vice President, Global Account Management, Strategy & Design
at Presperse, where she led the strategy and development of global key accounts. In that
role, she helped shape global account strategy across the broader Sumitomo cosmetics
network, develop new business and innovation opportunities, and strengthen strategic
customer partnerships.

Earlier in her career, Zientek held senior commercial roles at Firmenich, IFF, and Solvay,
building extensive experience managing major global beauty and consumer brands and
leading strategic customer, innovation, and market development initiatives.
